Jonathan Twan Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jonathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Altheda Medical Center, leading management, operations, and finance. Jonathan’s interest in healthcare and medicine stemmed from studying Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. His work experience spans developing health consumer products and providing strategic biotechnology consulting, focusing on translating scientific advancements into practical solutions, securing funding for startups, and navigating the intersection of healthcare policy with outpatient medical care. At Altheda, Jonathan set forth the vision to refine healthcare delivery to achieve quality, accessible, and personalized medical services for local communities and beyond. Jonathan enjoys swimming, classical music, and playing chess outside of work.

Boni Xiong Co-Founder & Strategic Partner

Boni serves as the Strategic Partner at Altheda Medical Center, where she oversees corporate strategy and technology integration. Boni graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Biological Sciences and Harvard Medical School with a M.S. in Immunology. Boni’s enthusiasm for biomedicine led her to partake in pulmonary research at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she studied Type 2 Inflammation. During her time at Harvard, Boni investigated U.S. healthcare policy under the guidance of Roger Porter at Harvard Kennedy School, which fostered her passion for developing the healthcare landscape. Besides academia, Boni’s work experience in biochemical manufacturing and logistics industries brings valuable insights into the organizational leadership at Altheda. Outside of work, Boni is a golfer, jazz music enthusiast, and world traveler.

Katy Mundell Marketing and Outreach Manager

At Altheda Medical Center, Katy works as the Marketing and Outreach Manager. She collaborates with the leadership to promote our services, enhancing the facility’s community presence, and driving patient engagement. Katy also works to help develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage outreach programs, and build relationships with local organizations and community stakeholders. With a background in fashion, marketing operation, retail design and project management, Katy brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to her role, and she is dedicated to advancing Altheda’s vision and expanding the medical center’s impact. Katy enjoys exploring new design trends and staying active in local community events outside of work.

Sam Svensson Operation Assistant

Sam Svensson is the Operation Assistant at Altheda Medical Center. He graduated from New England College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. Sam primarily works to assist with daily operation which includes communications, managing clinical data, building patient satisfaction and facilitating training programs for floor administrative functions. Sam is a valued member of the team as he gains experience in healthcare and contributes to a smooth operation of the office. In his free time, Sam loves refining his favorite recipes, spending time with friends and family, writing his novel, and even foraying into voice acting.
